Dr. Russill Mills was born and raised in Prince George.  Growing up he always looked for ways in which to help and care for people.  Listening to his father share stories about the wonderful people of the north and how chiropractic was able to help them provided strong moral push towards pursuing chiropractic as a career.  After 3 years at the University of Northern British Columbia, he was accepted into the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College.  After 4 years of study in Toronto, Dr. Mills returned home to Prince George to start practice along side his father.  They practiced together for just shy of 10 years and now with Dr. Randy Mills enjoying well earned retirement, Dr. Russill Mills has continued to enjoy providing NUCCA Chiropractic care to residents across northern British Columbia.

Outside of practice, Dr. Mills enjoys the outdoor activities that Prince George and area have to offer, as well as stopping shots as a goal tender in the local Lacrosse association.  Most of all, Dr. Mills enjoys being a father to three wonderful and energetic sons.
